1. Duty Manager – Passenger (1 Post)
Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university with 16 years’ experience in passenger handling, with at least 4 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Salary: Rs. 45,000/- per month
Age Limit: 55 years
2. Duty Officer – Passenger (1 Post)
Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university with 12 years’ experience in passenger handling, with at least 4 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Salary: Rs. 32,200/- per month
Age Limit: 50 years
3. Customer Service Executive (12 Posts)
Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern. Preference for candidates with experience in Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing or a certified course in IATA or equivalent. Proficiency in PC use is required, along with fluency in English and Hindi.
Salary: Rs. 24,960/- per month
Age Limit: 28 years
4. Junior Customer Service Executive (1 Post)
Qualification: 10+2 from a recognized board. Preference for candidates with experience in Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing or certified courses like IATA. Proficiency in PC use is required, along with fluency in English and Hindi.
Salary: Rs. 21,270/- per month
Age Limit: 28 years
5. Junior Officer – Customer Service (5 Posts)
Qualification: Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with 9 years’ experience in passenger handling or a full-time MBA (2 years) or equivalent with 6 years’ aviation experience in passenger handling.
Salary: Rs. 29,760/- per month
Age Limit: 37 years
